1) DIPLOMA IN AVIATION FOUNDATION
This is the first entry level into the Industry and the syllabus is for students and professionals who may later wish to acquire a certification in the IATA/UFTAA. The course is designed for students wishing to pursue a career in Travel and Tourism Industry as well as those aspiring to acquaint themselves with industry basics.
2) ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN AIRLINE TICKETING AND RESERVATION
This programme provides the essential skills and qualifications required when working in today’s travel industry. It is therefore the most popular course offered by our training Department. This course focuses on a combination of the Airline Fares and Ticketing, Computerised Reservations Systems. This is the course for those looking to launch their career in the travel industry. Students on this programme will also benefit from our unrivalled job finding and career counselling service. Many will complete this Diploma and find employment in the travel industry, whilst others will continue to study specialist travel courses to further enhance their job opportunities
3) DIPLOMA IN TRAVEL AGENCY MANAGEMENT
This course provides familiarization with travel agency operations including the selling, transporting, storing, advertising, planning and management of traveling services. The course also provides hands-on training in computerized reservations (SABRE) and keyboarding, and incorporates key aspects of managing corporate travel. This certificate Diploma builds on the skills and knowledge gained at the Certificate level and provides students with an in-depth understanding of issues associated with management, local and national government and organisational aspects relating to international travel and tourism. Thus, management level career opportunities are widened for such students enabling them to contemplate work anywhere in the world, in travel agencies, theme parks, with tour operators, holiday companies, local and national government departments and tourism offices associated with tourism development and planning.
4) ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN TRAVEL MANAGEMENT
On the Advanced Diploma in Travel Management course you will build on the knowledge you have gained from prior studies. You will learn how to make decisions, solve problems and carry out research as a manager in the tourism industry. This course will give you the opportunity to investigate the Tour Operation sector of the travel and tourism industry, including different types of operators, their products and services, the size of the tourism sector and how it is influenced by trends and developments
